조선기자재 국산화에 대한 실증적 연구

Abstract

세계 조선업계 장기불황에 따라 국내 기자재업계도 장기불황에 빠져 있다. 친환경 규제 등으로 고부가가치선 중심으로 신조선 발주가 증가 추세에 진입한 지금 국내 조선기자재업계도 고부가가치선의 국산화율 향상을 통해 위기를 극복해야하는 과제를 안고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 조선기자재 산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 선종별, 선주국적별, 선주국적지역별, 선주 기업형태별 국산화율 등을 분석하고 분산분석을 통해 선종별, 선주국적별, 선주국적지역별, 선주 기업형태별 국산화율 차이가 실제 의미를 가지는 차이인지를 판단하고 이를 근거로 국내 조선기자재 산업의 고부가가치선 국산화율 향상 방안을 도출하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 토대로 향후 국내 조선기자재 업계가 장기불황의 위기를 극복하고 발전방향을 모색하는데 필요한 근거 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

Due to the long-term recession in the global Shipbuilding Industry, the domestic marine equipment industry is also in a long-term recession. As new shipbuilding orders have been on the rise due to eco-friendly regulations, the domestic marine equipment industry is also facing a challenge to overcome the crisis by improving the localization rate of High value-added ships. In this study, to enhance the competitiveness of the shipbuilding equipment industry, the localization rate by ship types, nationality of shipowner, nationality area of shipowner and corporation type of shipowner was analyzed, and the distributed analysis determined whether the difference in localization rate was meaningful. Based on this study, we would like to provide evidence necessary for the domestic marine equipment industry to overcome the long-term recession and seek development directions.
